Dear friends,

After more than thirty years in the mortgage business, first as a mortgage processor, then underwriter, and now as principle broker of this firm and a duly licensed title agent, I've seen a time or two where the mortgage process got downright hornery and tough.

During those tough times nerves got rattled, deals got squirrely, and people walked away from the closing table less than friends -- not the intented ending.

Buying or refinancing a home should be an exciting process filled with anticipation not anxiety. Our mission is to serve our clients in a way to bring the excitement back to real estate and mortgages. The only way we can accomplish this goal is to provide five-star service to our clients, their realtors, and the related people involved in the transaction --- it can be done and we're doing it.

The concept is simple; if we haven't provided the kind of five-star service you expect of us, we need to know immediately! Then and only then can we expect you to refer family, friends, co-workers, and acquaintances to use our company. Word of mouth referrals are the best testament to the way we serve: that is our mission!
